A personal trainer that will come to you and work on your schedule. The gym doesnt work for everyone. Todays busy schedules may prevent you from getting into classes or going to the gym. Maybe you work from home or can’t find a sitter. Problem solved when your trainer comes right to your home offering fitness that works for you and your body. From stretching to strength building I’ve got you covered.
FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
Stretching sessions
Stretching is just as important as fitness. Sitting at a desk all day can do a number on yor body, causing you to feel tight and stiff. The same is true when building muscle and strength training. Our muscles tense up and again can leave you feeling very tight. During these stretch sessions we will warm up those muscles with a stretch based warm up and then with my assistance try to work out small knots in your muscles while helping you get deeper into your stretch. Form is very important during your stretch sessions so i will ensure you stay in proper form as you continue to build flexibility and better posture. This is one session you dont want to skip!
PRIVATE POLE LESSONS
Private pole dance/fitness
Pole fitness is something very near and dear to my heart and a major part of my fitness journey. It helped me find so much confidence in my mind body and soul. I am so happy to continue to teach in studios on Long island and continue to offer private one on one sessions in my home. The ability to work with each individual on the skills they are building has been a very big part of a successful session for my students. Some prefer to take one on one sessions only, while others take what they learn and apply that into classes at their studios. Working inside on a tension mounted xpole during the cold or inclement weather and working on a x pole stage in the sunshine has been absolutely incredible. I encourage you to give this form of fitness a try or allow me help you grow your pole skills in these private and semi private sessions.
LADIES NIGHT/GROUP SESSIONS

A woman in her 40’s just trying to encourage other women to keep moving. Certified in personal training, pole fitness, stretching, and meditation with over ten years of experience. Offering private one-on-one fitness sessions as well as pole and flexibility training. Sessions can take place at the comfort of your home, or my private at home fitness area. Helping other busy women like myself find the best type of movement for their bodies. Yoga, pilates or typical gym circuit training is not for everyone. I work directly with my clients to create movement that benefits their body. Please email/call or text to arrange a service date and time.

One on One Session- $50
2 Student Session- $40 per student
3 Student Session-Â $35 per student
4 Student Session-$30 per student
Private Pole Booking/Cancellation Policy
All bookings require a Zelle payment to hold the requested session.
Outdoor sessions can have up to 4 students. Any private session taught by another instructor (not myself) has different pricing depending on instructor. All sessions are held in my private residence either in my yard on a stage x-pole or inside my home on an x-pole with 9 feet ceiling height.
If no Zelle Payment has been received your spot is not guaranteed. My time books quickly so please send payment to Finer Fitness LLC to reserve your requested day and time. I can also send you a zelle request. If another request comes in for the same day and time you requested and your zelle payment has not been received the other person will be offered that spot.
Any cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to session will be rescheduled and not refunded. Unfortunately any cancellation made within 24 hours of the session is a loss of time for me. Because I am unable to fill that time slot I will not refund your session. The session is considered a loss. If we have rain or bad weather all outdoor sessions will be held inside. Inside sessions can hold no more then 2 people per session.
Indoor sessions do not have the same height as outdoor sessions but I do my best to make it work for each client.
If I have any emergency that causes me to cancel under the 24 hour cancellation policy you will be given an option of a full refund.
The only time a refund will be offered is if I must cancel a session under 24 hours. Otherwise your session will be rescheduled.
